This video was going to be entitled “First, Do No Harm,” as an introduction to the book reviews, but I got well into talking about conclusions I drew from the books anyway. Legacy of Ashes, by Tim Weiner, published by Doubleday, copyright 2007, ISBN 978-0-385-51445-3. Hardback. Cover price, $27.95. Over $10 cheaper on Amazon (9/2007). The Craft of Intelligence, by Allen W. Dulles, published by Lyons Press, copyright 2006 (but written in the 60′s), ISBN 978-1-59228-297-5. Soft cover. Cover price, $16.95. There are several editions on Amazon (some expensive!), but I don’t see this one there at the moment, although that is where I purchased it.
