Is renters insurance for people renting a place or for the lanlord who rents out their place?
I am a little confused. I was told when refinanced my condo that I need renters insurance for my condo. We rent our apartments for the tenants. I did some research and see just renters insurance for the tenant. I also have a group insurance. Thank you.
